At UnitedTradersUS, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 7 to 14 days of delivery.
Return Window
You may request a return within:
- 7 days for full refund eligibility
- 8–14 days for store credit or exchange
Returns requested after 14 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- In the same condition you received it
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Items that are opened, damaged, or not in resellable condition may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food or beverages)
- Clearance or promotional items marked “final sale”
- Gift cards or digital downloads
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email unitedtraderus@gmail.com with the following:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions and a return shipping address.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- If your return falls within the 8–14 day window, we will issue store credit or process an exchange, depending on your preference.
